All emails / phone calls answered and dealt with virtually immediately. We had a minor issue with the cooker hood and shower and a tradesman was knocking at the door within an HOUR! I cannot thank Century 21 enough especially Peter Lott. We had a few bumps along the way but Peter was always on the end of the phone for us and worked tirelessly to ensure we got our little bungalow which we absolutely love. We used this company for our buying and selling and would recommend them to anyone.

I dealt with Sunny from Goodmayes branch and found him very helpful throughout. From viewing the property within one hour we had gone to the office done credit check and all other paperwork deposit etc. He said a new kitchen would be fitted in 5 days plus all other jobs and it was even better than I hoped.
