From the other estate agencies, century21 has been tremendously amazing. Communication with them was seem-less and they were prompt and professional.
We would use them again.

Paulina at Century 21 Goodmayes has been very good since they took over management. Fast, efficient and via the whatsapp group she started always on call.
Recommendations suggested passed onto the landlord to improve and save him money.

We had a few bumps along the way but Peter was always on the end of the phone for us and worked tirelessly to ensure we got our little bungalow which we absolutely love. We used this company for our buying and selling and would recommend them to anyone.

I dealt with Sunny from Goodmayes branch and found him very helpful throughout. From viewing the property within one hour we had gone to the office done credit check and all other paperwork deposit etc. He said a new kitchen would be fitted in 5 days plus all other jobs and it was even better than I hoped.
