CENTURY 21 UK's Yorkshire Expansion (Tuesday, July 21, 2009)

 

CENTURY 21 UK are delighted to announce that our system growth continues with the signing of 2 new offices in Yorkshire.

 

CENTURY 21 Halifax will open for business on the 1st of August, the office is located in George Street, which is the main precinct area in the town, the new owners are currently Mortgage Brokers  and are expanding their clients service offering to include Estate Agency and Lettings.

 

CENTURY 21 Huddersfield will be open for business after a re brand of the current office.  Previously a Letting only agent the new owners will offer Sales and Lettings as a new proposition and expand to include Mortgage Advice and Financial Services products operating from their premises in New Hay Road.

 

From the current level of enquiries we are receiving it is clear that confidence is returning to the property market, our existing offices have reported increased sales over the second quarter of 2009 and July is likely to see a further 2 new offices joining CENTURY 21.
