CENTURY 21 New Office Openings (Tuesday, March 23, 2010)

 

Century 21 are pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Motherwell.

Tom Cullen and Richard Nimmo operate as The Iris Partnership and are a mortgage brokerage that have operated in the Lanarkshire area for nearly 20 years.  In joining Century 21 they aim to offer an enhanced range of estate agency and lettings services in addition to their current business which offers financial and mortgage advice.

 The office opens with new estate agency associates Lesley McCreadie, Ann McDivett and John McCabe.  In the period leading up to the office opening, they have already secured 10 sale and rental instructions! 

The property market continues to come back strongly and Tom and Richard aim to use estate agency as a primary lead generator and source of additional revenues.
