Century 21 UK Internal Awards!
Our annual Owner’s Meeting took place on the 18th of January, at SAMA Bankside in London. This meeting was dedicated to recognising all of the achievements and efforts of our network of offices in the past year! The meeting began with a 2018 overview, including what we learned during the past year, as well as what we can do differently in 2019.
However, 2018 was a record year for Century 21 UK – so it will be difficult to top! We had a whopping 15 office openings in 2018, more than any other estate agency franchise, and 53% of offices which have been open for two years or more improved their turnover! 41% of our offices now run their management costs from their management drip, and more new offices are agreeing sales and lets in their first two months than ever before – fantastic!
The highlight of the day was an awards ceremony which celebrated some of the fantastic work that our offices have done over the past year, helping us to gain our record-breaking achievements in 2018. Some of the awards included Sales Office of the Year, which was won by Century 21 Derby (pictured below), and Most Improved Office which was won by Century 21 Greenwich Park (pictured below).
Some of our other winners were our Southampton, Gibraltar, Liverpool and Putney offices, with awards such as Referral Partner of the Year, New Office of the Year and Social Media Office of the Year. All of our award winners have shown excellent work in 2018 with Century 21 UK!
The meeting was a great success and enjoyed by all who attended it, and encouraged all of us here to acknowledge how hard we have worked in the past year, and all the hard work we will have to do this year to beat our fantastic 2018 statistics! An all-round productive day for Century 21 UK!
