What is SDL Property Partners?

SDL Property Partners is the first property management franchising scheme.

Even though the scheme is in its infancy (created and launched in 2017), it’s going from strength-to-strength. It currently has 17 franchise territories and 3000 units under its management throughout the network.

In 2018–only a year in–the company was shortlisted as Innovator of the Year at Property Week Management All Star Awards. After achieving all this in only 18 months, there’s certainly a promising future for the company. Especially one that wants to share its success by providing a platform for budding entrepreneurs who are passionate about revolutionising the customer’s experience of property services.

What support and additional income streams are there?

We work hard to support our nationwide franchisees through every step of their journey. This support ranges from the initial set-up and launch of their business, to the skills and expertise of the SDL Group central offices, making a wide array of skills, including marketing, IT and compliance, readily available to franchisees!

Our franchisees have the added benefit of the Century 21 UK Training Academy where not only can they benefit from first-rate in-class training and ongoing development support, they’re also given the tools to help recruit and train their own staff, ensuring that all Century 21 representatives are equipped with the knowledge they need to deliver their service the ‘Century 21’ way.
